This person will be working on a project that is moving Claims from a former application to a RESTful API space.
They will be doing Claim transformation work, as well as processing existing claim into an XML claim series, in order to edit and fully process.
This resource needs to have experience in a RESTful API environment.
Java 8 is ideal.
Ideal candidate will have previous medical or Claims experience but not mandatory

Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum 7-8 years of programming experience Advanced programming experience in current programming language Broad experience designing, programming, and implementing large information systems Highly developed unique expert knowledge of application of computer science, and engineering of technology Ability to independently provide in depth evaluation and analysis of unique complex technological issues Provide detailed evaluations and practical solutions that take into account all dynamic intangible factors to obtain functional results Independently determine procedures for new technological processes or special assignments Excellent analytical and problem - solving skills for even complex problems Excellent organization and time management skills Influence organizational best practices to better suit organization needs Identify and mitigate risks; contribute to risk management plan Excellent written and verbal communication skills to employees of all levels Demonstrated ability to direct others to optimal outcomes Ability to regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties Working Conditions The working environment is generally favorable lighting and temperature is adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust etc.
