Customer Account Order Processor
An established nationwide company is seeking to hire a full-time Customer Account Order Processor at its Rancho Cordova office.
Responsibilities include:
o Take multi site pick/sales tickets and verify for accuracy
o Compare to daily location balance sheets
o Post orders to system to print and mail invoices
o Communicate daily with sales manager to resolve discrepancies
o Process 100
orders daily
Requirements:
o 50WPM and 10 key
o Candidate must be detail oriented, highly accurate, and adaptable
o Ability to juggle several tasks with varied priorities and to work with minimum supervision.
o Prior accounting software experience and Excel skills are required
o Must be able to communicate effectively with branch managers and internal sales managersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
