Sales Representative
Job Description
We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Sales Development organization as a Sales Representative. You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area. Responsibilities
Implement sales strategies applicable to businesses and referral partners
Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects
Work with existing and potential referral partners to identify new business opportunities
Work with existing clients to identify and sell additional services
Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding CTI services
Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience
Manage existing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction to offer additional CTI services as appropriate and obtain referral business
Reach and exceed assigned sales goals
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
Strong problem-solving skills
High energy and positive attitude
Self-starter, self-motivated, and capable of seeking additional opportunities
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize the sales activity
Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships
Compensation
$45,000-$65,000 Base plus bonus
