We are looking for a Coordinator who has recent experience serving as an operations Specialist.
The environment is a Command Center for a large organization and thus the qualified candidate must possess strong Microsoft Office skills, organization, and attention to detail.
Job Qualifications / Requirements:
o 3 years of experience working in project coordination, operations, and customer service role o Broad range of administrative and/or technical skillso Knowledge of automated systems in a production or operations environment o Ability to identify and resolve moderately complex problems related to automated systems and operations within the functional area o Strong communication skills and good problem solving skills Responsibilities o Ability to aggregate data and put into an organized and structured formato Acts as subject matter expert and reviews operational workflows, identifying problems and develops improvements, modifications, and enhancementso Develops and evaluates tools and materials that enhance operating efficiency, accuracy and technical skill levels of unit staff.
o Tracks and communicates workflow and system changes to appropriate resources o May assist with training and documentation needs.
o Develops and generates reports for management review.
