Loan Processor
Exciting opportunity for Loan Processors in Sacramento.
DUTIES:
Coordinate and communicate information with member, loan officers and vendors for loan transaction matters such as: loan amount, lock process, counteroffers, and purchase agreement.
Review and calculate income, tax returns, and funds verification(assets) from documentation received in accordance with investor guidelines.
Coordinate ordering of title reports, flood certificates, and appraisal requests. Review documentation for accuracy in regards to Mortgages.
Update Underwriter on calculations, appraised values and funds prior to final submission to underwriting team.
Remain aware of guidelines regarding FNMA, G1GU, FHA, PERS products.
Experience:
Three years or more of experience in a financial institution conducting Home Loan duties handling routine to complex processes.
Loan Processing experience within the last 3-4 years.
Experience in purchase transactions and investment properties.
SKILLS
Strong credit analysis and research skills critical to escrow and real estate actions. Strong oral and written communication skills.
.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
