Data Entry Clerk

General Responsibilities
Typing new profile information into our database for Vendors and Clients
Updating incorrect profile information for our Vendors and Clients
Maintain an organized email inbox
Process lists of Vendors
Complete data entry of pertinent documents in a timely manner with a 95% accuracy rate
Printing, copying, and distributing completed work when necessary
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Ability to type 50wpm with 95% typing accuracy
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent English language verbal and written skills (i.
e.
, excellent grammar and spelling)
Attention to detail and accuracy, strong proofreading skills
Good organizational abilities
Client service oriented (both internal and external)
Ability to work as a contributing member of a team
Ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
