Inside Sales Representative Job Description
Our Telesales Representatives work in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented environment, promoting an environment offering 100% customer satisfaction. In this position, you would sell Verizon Wireless products and services appropriate to the customer's needs. The key responsibility is successfully handling inbound calls (50 to 70 per day) for new or existing wireless phone and data service.
Telesales Hours and Work Schedule The position is full time at 40 hours per week. Our center hours are typically 7am to 10pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are typically 8am to 8pm. Schedules are set for 6 months but flexibility is required in working any shift / hours within the center open hours.
Telesales Training Employment begins with a paid training of 3 weeks plus additional transition time. The training is held at the Folsom center and is typically Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Potential Candidates Must .
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented environment that offers very little down time
Be willing to learn and be responsible for a wide variety of product and service information and able to multi-task listening to the customer, sharing information, and selling our products and services.
Be able to remain up-to-date on products, services, and company in an ever-changing environment.
Be able to integrate information from multiple online resources
Have the ability to work with frustrated customers and be able to effectively and efficiently handle this type of situation
Be willing to set goals and achieve an aggressive monthly quota and prepared to have a significant portion of monthly income be based upon sales commissions
Be willing to work shifts in a center open 365 days per year

The position pays $24,000.00 in Base Pay.
Monthly commission is paid based on sales attainment. The commission is uncapped with a minimum target of $18,100 annually. (Top performers are earning $60,000+)
For qualified bilingual employees, a pay differential of $3,000.00 annually (if applicable)
Performance-based yearly incentive/bonus pay (Targeted at $1,190) Incentives for various shifts and/or holiday work

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
