Network and develop pipeline of sales talent in the mortgage industry through personal contacts, LinkedIn and other networking toolsLeverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit top talent for sales positions across Lending Channels including wholesale, retail and correspondent.
Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate Assist managers in the development of job descriptions and recruiting requisitions on an as-needed basis Partner with hiring managers to determine, recommend and clarify hiring objectives based on the Company's hiring process Key Manage the entire life cycle recruiting from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing and hiring Qualifications & Requirements:
4+ years experience in a high volume recruiting role A four-year degree from an accredited university is required Agency/Corporate mix preferred with an emphasis in sales recruiting Solid experience driving the recruiting process, with accountability for meeting weekly and monthly hiring goals Strong background and knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
The candidate must possess strong organizational skills, be a strategic thinker and a self-starterMust be able to work independently and resolve complex issues using sound business judgment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as online recruitment tools A background in mortgage lending is highly desirable

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
