Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for some of the following job functions:
Setup/image employee desktop and laptops as part of upgrade migration strategyInstall Software/Hardware for Telephony platform migrationResponding to individual Help Desk requests for IT support issuesUsing IT Help Desk Ticket system to document, prioritize, and track requestsCoordinate setup of new employee resourcesDiagnosing hardware and software related problems Documenting systems, processes and/or proceduresInstalling/configuring new computers/telephonesInstalling software, patches and rollups to end-user workstations Install software on desktops and laptops as required to support business needsTroubleshooting printers/scanners/copiersMaintaining inventory of equipment and supplies (cables, adapters, toner, ink etc.
)

$30,000- $70,000The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3-4 days per week and also be available for travel as required.
The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.
S.
and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.
