Job Description:
The CNC Machinist III is responsible for employing advanced machining techniques and processes to manufacture precise and high-quality parts.

Independently perform the highest level of complex machining and programming activities in line with company capabilitiesCNC Milling and.
Lathe Experience RequiredSetup high-end jobs on 5 axis and/or lathes RequiredAvailable to be sought out to provide training and/or solutions to less experienced machinistsDesign custom fixtures for machining various complexities of partsResponsible for checking parts to print and models using various inspections techniquesAcquired proficiency in all skills and abilities of Machinist I & IIExpertise in programming software such as Mastercam/Fusion360Comprehensive understanding of G-codeProficiency in SolidWorks modeling softwareAdvanced proficiency in 3-axis, 5-axis, and/or lathe machining
Qualifications:
Preferred qualification includes a degree in Machine Tool, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of CNC programming and machining experience is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC milling and lathe operations is required.
At least 2 years of experience in 5-axis machining is required.
Advanced proficiency in using Fusion360 software is preferred.
