Ensure customer invoicing is in compliance with company billing procedures/requirements.
Work with A/R team and estimators to identify billing needs and resolve issues.
Problem-solving mentality - you are able to positively work with your team to remove obstacles for the success of the AR Department.
You are not shy about collections and are able to make collection calls.
Good telephone and email skills - pleasant, understanding, firm.
Good knowledge of WORD and EXCEL - comfortable creating and/or navigating spreadsheets w/ tabs and formulas Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, take direction and follow through as directed.
GOOD WORK ETHIC - reliable and dependable attendance is required.
Accountability and integrity; friendly, professional demeanor; ability to get along with people; team player.
CONFIDENTIALITY Physical Requirements Work at a desk and on computer 6-8 hours per day Perform with frequent interruptions/distractions.
Perform effectively and efficiently with fluctuating workload.
