At our firm, we help clients manage their legal challenges with expertise, integrity, and hard work.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage files in a cloud-based environment.
Scan, create, update, transfer, collect, and distribute files in physical and digital formats.
Archive and destroy outdated files following procedures and protocols.
Locate and retrieve records on request.
Assist with answering the phone and other office tasks.
Skills:
Detail-oriented Organized Deadline-focused Effective time management Understands confidentiality Dependable Problem-solving Friendly team player
Qualifications:
Computer skills and technical savvy, proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook a must.
Experience with Clio a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to learn new software and apply those skills on the job.
Experience working in a law office or comparable file room a plus.
Pay depends on experience.
Note:
this position is 100% in-person.
Part-time hours and schedule are flexible and will be negotiated with the successful applicant, with all hours expected to be completed during our regular business hours of 8:
30-5, M-F.
