We offer full benefits after a 90-day probationary period and pay raises are regularly provided consistent with production efficiency.
$18/hour is starting salary until 90-day probationary period, then a higher deserving rate pay will go into effect.
Every 6 months employee will be evaluated for an opportunity to earn more.
Concealed Carrier / Tacticon Armament is currently seeking a production worker that will be in production of making concealed carry gun holsters.
You will be operating equipment and performing duties as outlined below:
Setup and operation of manufacturing equipment such as a hydraulic heat press, CNC router, benchtop buffing wheel, bandsaw, ect Reading and understanding work orders Maintaining quality of parts produced during mass production Keeping workspace and produced product organized and sorted Assembling parts using various hardware components Perform required housekeeping routines and maintaining a safe work environment Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols Communicate any quality issues to the supervisor Prior warehouse experience is not necessary but is a plus; we are seeking someone willing to learn and grow with the company.
