- Training:
You will undergo a comprehensive 1-week training program to familiarize yourself with our processes and systems.
Please note that this training period will be unpaid.
- Hourly Rate:
After completing the training successfully, you will be compensated at an hourly rate of $20-$25 per hour, per negotiation.
Required
Experience:
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- A typing speed of 50 words per minute or more.
Please include your typing speed in your application.
- The ability to type without looking at the keyboard.
- Proficiency in identifying auto parts and a genuine passion for working with cars.
As part of the application process, we will assess your ability to recognize random car parts.
Responsibilities:
This position primarily involves desk work and includes the following tasks:
- Analyzing auto diagrams to identify parts accurately.
- Categorizing items for inventory management.
- Handling phone and walk-in orders with excellent customer service.
Expectations:
We expect the following from our Auto Parts Inventory and Customer Service Specialists:
- Flexibility to assist with other tasks when needed.
- Efficient and quick completion of all assigned duties.
- Strict adherence to our no-cell-phone-usage policy during work hours.
- Maintaining focus and avoiding extended conversations with co-workers to ensure optimal productivity.

Work Schedule:
The standard work schedule consists of an 8-hour shift.
