Project Manage Electrical Division using North State Electrical Contractors Inc.
, established policies and procedures as outlined below.
Job Requirements:
Include but not limited to:
5 to 10 years' experience with Commercial and Multifamily Electrical Projects.
Must be trainable.
Always portray and maintain a positive image for the company Well, Organized Ability to read and interpret Plans Ability to schedule employees and projects Ability to develop schedules, allocate time, resource and budget as well as manage Staff to ensure work is completed on time, to a high standard Strong computer skills must include knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and BlueBeam Utilize company standard electronic processes.
IE:
PlanGrid Standards, using an iPad and cell phone Other duties as assigned for the continued growth of company Deliver quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing to scope, delivering on time and within budget Extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take off, change orders, RFI and contracts Exceptional execution and communication skills, both oral and written Exceptional motivational and leadership skills Ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check Job Type:
