The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations.
From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies Enter payroll hours into Paychex payroll program and process payroll weekly Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.
)Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Assist colleagues whenever necessary Qualifications Must be proficient with Microsoft office Quickbooks experience Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with office management procedures Knowledge of Google sheets and docs Payroll experience preferred Quickbooks experience helpful Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
