This position will be responsible for providing a broad range administrative support functions.
The position is 100% on-site in our Rancho Cordova office.
Primary Duties:
- Make and answer phone calls - Utilize a CRM system to upload documents and update job notes - Update customers with statuses of their projects and service requests - Apply for permits and follow up on their statuses - Communicate with employees, customers, and installers as needed to help ensure that jobs are running smoothly
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role - Experience working in a construction or remodeling setting is strongly preferred - Proficiency in CRM systems - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision We offer competitive pay depending on experience and a full benefits package.
