Responding to customers via phone and email Updating billing information Outbound calls to customers with declined cards Scheduling appointments for current clients Transferring calls to correct person or department Resolve Customer Complaints and solving problems
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older Professional and positive attitude Must have some experience in call center or as a customer service representative Ability to work with varying computer programs with ease Ability to show patience and compassion towards customers Regular and predictable attendance is required Some perks of the job:
