Responsibilities:
As an IT Administrator on our Technology Services Team, you will assist be part of projects consisting of On-Premises to Cloud migrations, Server & Network Administration, Server/Software troubleshooting and SIEM investigations Threat Response.
Responsibilities:
Leading and Participating in Azure Cloud Infrastructure migration projects.
Ensure Cloud infrastructure technical solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security and scalability upon deployment.
Responding and Investigating Threat Alerts as well as proactive Threat Hunting.
Deliver technical leadership in the architecture of our migration engagements and feedback on evolution of our solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve migration related issues.
Responding to individual Help Desk requests for IT support issues.
Using IT Ticket system to document, prioritize, and track requests.
Diagnosing On-premises and Cloud hardware and software related problems.
Documenting systems, processes and/or procedures.
Installing software, patches and rollups to Servers.
Maintaining inventory of Server and Networking equipment hierarchy.
Availability after hours for critical systems maintenanceissues.
Participation in on-call rotation.
Qualifications:
